Honestly,

Sleeping was never SUPER easy for me. Often times I overhear people say how they can hardly stay awake the second there head hits the pillow and I sit there in pure jealousy. I have tried many "natural" remedies such as melatonin, messages, and even meditation. To be honest I even started to work out (which I guess is a good thing) but it still did not lead to a better sleep.
