Your 100 Night Trial starts from the day your Hush Mattress arrives at your door! If you don’t like it within that time, you can return it for a full refund. Due to the nature of the mattress, we do only accept returns after the first 30 days: this can be how long it takes for the pillow top to fully conform to your body. If you’re coming from an all-foam mattress, the medium-firm nature of the Hush Mattress can also be an adjustment, so we ask that you give it some time so your mattress can get used to you, and you to it.

If you're still not satisfied after 30 days, reach out to our support and we will start a simple return process. Our couriers will pick up the mattress from your house at no cost to you, and then donate or dispose of it responsibly.

Most bed-in-a-box brands are all-foam mattresses. This makes them easy to ship and cheaper to sell, but come with several costs. Foam offers little support, and doesn’t last as long as spring mattresses. It’s also highly porous, absorbing bacteria and smells. We brought springs back into our mattress construction because they last longer (10+ years), provide more support (customized for neck and back), plus the materials we use are naturally antibacterial, eliminating bacteria.

And in order to make delivery and install as easy as possible for you, we also developed a way to compress, fold, and roll our mattress into a small shipping box. This means we can deliver our mattresses straight to your door, and all you need to do is unbox it in your room and you’re good to go!

It is! We have factories in both Calgary, Alberta and Toronto, Ontario that produce our premium mattresses.

You can spot clean any stains on the pillow top of the mattress with a simple solution of baking soda and vinegar. Try to avoid using detergents, as that may ruin the cooling materials.

The Hush Hybrid Mattress gets delivered to your door in a box with instructions, and is fairly easy to unpack and set up. We do recommend having someone there to help you, as it is fairly heavy.

Once you have the box or mattress in your room, peel off the mattress’ outer plastic layer and unroll it onto your bed, right side up. Once it's flat, carefully cut the inner plastic protection layer, and it will start expanding as air rushes in. Pull the plastic layer off, and it should expand to its full size in less than an hour. There may be some creases from folding and rolling, but they will smooth out over time.

Final step: step back and appreciate your work. Voila — you have a Hush!

Odours in other mattresses arise from the use of toxic glues, foams, or flame retardants used when shipped from overseas. There can also be a smell from being stored in a container or warehouse for a long time. We don’t use toxic materials in our products, and your mattress is made fresh for you the same day you place your order, then shipped as soon as it’s ready, so it’s not sitting around. What you get is fresh, clean, and toxin-free; the way a mattress should be.
