The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within specific trial time periods. The product may have either a 100 Night Money Back Guarantee or a 60 Night Money Back Guarantee. Please see below for details.
If you wish to return the product, there is no cost to you, Hush pays for the cost of the label so that returns are free for you.
No exchanges (unless the wrong size) for the All Season Cooling Microgravity Duvet.

Any returned blanket or product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. If you return a Blanket, you will not be eligible for another 100 Night Trial on future orders).
Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the Hush product. To ensure that Blankets can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. Hairs, pet hairs, odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted.
Hush takes environmental sustainability very seriously, and any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.
Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed.
Note: The fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable (if you purchased it at checkout).
Hush Mattress Return Policy
The Hush Mattress return policy is similar to the above with two important distinctions.
- The return can only be started 30 days after receiving the product. A Hush Mattress can take some time to conform to your body and for those that come from a different type of mattress (like all-foam), this could be a big adjustment. Don't worry, you still have up to 100 days after receiving the product to start your return.
- Returns of the mattress are FREE. Please contact us at hello@hush.ca to get started. The return portal will not work to generate a label. We will arrange a freight delivery to a donation centre when possible.
Weight Exchanges
If the incorrect size or weight is ordered, a one-time size exchange will be offered within 30 days of receiving your product. This must be communicated to Hush within the first 30 nights. To limit our carbon footprint and our overall impact on the environment, Hush will treat a size exchange as completion of the 100 Night Money Back Guarantee.
We strongly recommend to confirm the correct size required before an order is placed. We will be happy to assist you with this with our live support chat or can visit our sizing page.
Once the original product has been received, we will then send out the replacement to you. Provided that the product is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy. This process usually takes 14-27 business days depending on the season.

Promotional Items & Bundles
Hush values and appreciates your business. As part of Hush promotions, from time to time we offer a promotional item with your Hush purchase. If you decide to return your order and it falls under the threshold of the Hush promotion at the time of purchase, the promotional items must be returned, as her Hush's Return Policy.
If you wish to keep the Hush promotional product, you will be able to keep the item as a discounted price, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Additionally, your promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you purchase a bundle, each individual item within the bundle is subject to its respective return policy and is eligible for return in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for each item. If you wish to return only part of the bundle, the refund will be prorated based on the individual prices of the returned items minus the bundled discount.
What Do We Do With Returns?
We try to donate as many returned blankets as we can according to our GiveBack program.
Our goal with Hush has always been to help as many people as possible. And even if 1 person may not find it working for them, we believe a Hush can still serve its purpose elsewhere!
