Hush offers free shipping! We also offer optional shipping insurance at checkout that covers any potential shipping issues such as lost or damaged parcels.

Please note that receiving a ‘tracking number generated’ notice just means the order has been assigned a number: it does not mean the order has shipped. When it does ship, you will receive a notification email specific to that.
All of our products except for our bed frames, the Hush Robe, and the Hush Slides, have a trial period where you can try the product out to see if you like it. If you’re not satisfied with your product within the trial period, you can return it for a full refund.

How It Works
Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting hand-delivered returns. To adhere to the highest safety standards and protect our warehouse team and you the customer, all returns must be delivered by a verified courier with a tracking number.
- Our trials are one-time only, and a returned item will not be eligible for another trial. For example: if you buy the Hush Mattress and return it, if you then buy a second one it will not be covered by our 100-night trial.
- We do not accept items with customer-inflicted damage such as stains, tears, odours, and so on. We donate returned items to charity, so they must be in good condition.
- We require proof of purchase in order to process returns; please be sure to keep your emailed order receipt.
- We do not provide money-back guarantees to Hush products bought from a third party.
- The additional shipping insurance available when originally ordering your item is non-refundable.
- We do not cover return shipping. There is an option to request a shipping label from us in the return portal when submitting your return, which we can then provide at a discounted price; this cost will be deducted from your refund.
- It usually takes 1 - 2 weeks for a return shipment to reach us. We will notify you through email when we receive your shipment, and when we approve your return.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will send you a return confirmation email and your refund will be sent to the original method of payment. Standard processing time for the bank transfer is 3 - 5 business days.
The Hush Mattress
The Hush Mattress is covered by the same policy outlined above for 100 nights, with two important distinctions:
- A return can only be started 30 days after receiving your mattress. This is because it can take that long for our mattress to adjust to you, and you to it. It gradually conforms to your body, and for those coming from a different type of mattress (like all-foam) it can be an unexpected adjustment. Be patient! The wait is worth it.
- We do cover mattress return shipping! Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a completely free return.
Am I eligible to make a return?

Our weighted blankets can be exchanged for a different size or weight within the first 30 days of receiving your order, for free. To limit our carbon footprint, exchanges are treated as a fulfillment of our money-back guarantee, and disqualifies you from returning your new, exchanged item for a refund.
We strongly recommend making sure you have the right size and/or weight before ordering. We’re happy to help through chat, or you can visit our sizing page.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we immediately send your replacement. Shipping time is usually 2 - 4 weeks.
Before starting an exchange, please have your order number and information ready. We are also happy to assist you at any point over chat.
We are unable to cancel orders at this time. This also applies to preorders. You can always, however, return an unopened item for a full refund upon delivery.
All Hush products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (365 days) except for our mattress and bed frames. Our warranties start after purchase. If you experience a manufacturing defect within this time, we will work with you to either repair your item, or provide a one-time replacement. This replacement does not come with a new warranty. Please keep the order receipt emailed to you upon purchase; this is required as proof of purchase. Photos of the item’s damage may also be requested.
If you claim a warranty within the time period of your money-back guarantee trial, it will also be treated as a fulfillment of the trial. In other words, receiving a replacement through warranty means you can no longer request money back for the original item.
The Hush Mattress, Platform Bed Frame, and Hush Dani Bed are covered by a 10-year warranty. This covers structural defects that should not happen through normal wear and use. Upon a warranty claim, we will work with you to either repair it, or send a replacement.

What’s covered by the warranty?
Zipper tear or break.
A disconnect between the slide and bottom stop. Rips or breaks due to aggressive pulling.
Physical flaws that cause the material to split or crack despite normal usage.
Material or size preference.
Defects or flaws in zipper or hook assembly.
Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, and or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment. Includes pet damage.
Numerous loose threads.
Damage due to improper washing such as: shrinkage due to high-heat drying or non-delicate washing.
Holes in the inserts of weighted products leading to leakage of glass sand.
Products sold by a third party as “used” or similar wording to indicate “not new”.
Hush does not provide coverage or take responsibility for Hush products purchased through a third party, authorized or non-authorized. Purchase coverage and claims must be taken up with the vendor you purchased from.
Please note that promotional codes or offers cannot be combined with our installment payment plans. Promotional codes and offers also cannot be combined with each other.
